Data processing consent

This is the consent a User gives when completing and submitting the form on kvelo.dev.
1. Who receives the consent
Consent is given to the Operator — Kvelo, developer and owner of the product of the same name. Enquiries: [email protected].
2. How consent is given
By submitting the form on the Site the User confirms that they have read this document and the Privacy policy, that they act of their own free will and in their own interest, and that they consent to the processing of their personal data on the conditions below.
Consent is given in respect of an adult with legal capacity. A User under 18 may submit the form only with the agreement of a parent or guardian.
3. Data covered
- name;
- email address;
- phone number, if provided;
- Telegram username, if provided;
- data transmitted automatically by the browser: IP address, device and browser details, referral source, behaviour on the Site, cookie identifiers.
4. Purposes
- handling the request and granting access to the Product;
- contacting the User and answering their enquiries;
- informing the User about the Product and changes to it;
- analysing and improving the Site;
- keeping the Site secure.
5. Operations covered
Consent covers collection, recording, organisation, accumulation, storage, adaptation, retrieval, use, disclosure to the processors listed in section 5 of the Privacy policy, anonymisation, restriction, erasure and destruction.
Processing may be carried out by automated means or otherwise.
6. International transfers
The User is informed that some of the processors engaged by the Operator are located outside the Operator’s country, and consents to their personal data being transferred abroad to the extent needed for the purposes in section 4.
7. Duration
Consent takes effect when the form is submitted and lasts until the purposes are met or until it is withdrawn.
8. Withdrawal
Consent may be withdrawn at any time by writing to [email protected].
The Operator stops processing and erases the personal data within 30 days of receiving the withdrawal, except where processing is required by law.
Withdrawal does not affect the lawfulness of processing carried out before it was received.
