How it's different
from ChatGPT

ChatGPT answers questions. Kvelo remembers you, reaches into your tools, and closes tasks on its own.

Your AI assistant for:

Four kinds of tasks people hand over — and how they look in the chat.

01 / 04 Work
9:41
kvelo bot
01 / 04 Work

Hand over the whole task. What comes back is finished work.

Meetings, reports, data, hiring, ads, code. It goes into your tools itself and gets it done. You just check the result.

  1. 01

Preps the context for a meeting, records it, writes the recap, creates the tasks and emails everyone

  2. 02

Builds the quarterly report from several systems, reconciles the numbers and explains where the May dip came from

  3. 03

Reads two hundred applications, shortlists them against your criteria, writes to the candidates and books the interviews

  4. 04

Studies competitors' ads, builds the banners, launches the campaign and sets up the dashboard

  5. 05

Builds a landing page or a prototype, writes the code, publishes it and sends you the link

02 / 04 Automation

Automates your routine. Explain it once, and it's no longer your job.

Reports, summaries, payments, status updates. Describe how you do it now. From then on it repeats it — on a schedule, or when there's a reason.

  1. 01

Every Friday it builds the weekly report from analytics and the CRM, compares it with last week and drops it in the team chat

  2. 02

Once a month it checks what changed at competitors in pricing and product, and sends a short summary

  3. 03

Keeps on top of invoices and subscriptions: makes the payments, files the documents and reminds you before the deadline

  4. 04

Before standup it collects project status from the tracker and the chats, and flags what is stuck

03 / 04 Writing

Knows you and writes in your style.

It brings you a finished draft. You edit instead of writing from scratch.

  1. 01

Splits one piece into Telegram, LinkedIn and the newsletter, each platform gets its own length and format

  2. 02

Drafts an email or a post from a voice note, while you walk to the car

  3. 03

Builds an article out of your notes and bullet points, in your tone and with your examples

  4. 04

Writes the thing you've been putting off for three days: a refusal, a complaint, an awkward conversation

  5. 05

Puts together a proposal for one specific client and pulls in the history of your deals

04 / 04 Life

Not just work. Helps with any personal matters.

Errands, money, paperwork, plans. Hand them over like work tasks, and they finally get done.

  1. 01

Checks the clinic bill, finds the duplicates and the extras, writes the complaint and pushes it through to a refund

  2. 02

Helps you get into a new topic: gathers the sources, pulls out what matters and answers your questions

  3. 03

Compares insurance and puts three quotes side by side with what you paid last year

  4. 04

Puts a trip together: flight options, places to stay and a day-by-day plan

  5. 05

Goes through your bank statement, sorts the spending and shows where the money goes

Anything else you need, it writes for itself.

Describe the task in chat — it writes the code or wires up the service. There is practically no limit to the scenarios and integrations.

What people who
already use it say

It remembers I don't use emoji on LinkedIn, and that I write longer pieces with examples on Medium — applies it automatically. Cross-posting used to take half a day, now 15 minutes.

Mornings start in Telegram with the day's plan — inbox triaged, tasks prioritized, replies already drafted. The first hour is now focus work, not inbox.

Remembers my wife is dairy-free, my son does pull-ups instead of soccer, my dad runs at 60. Gifts and trips are built for us, not from a template.

Prepped for a FAANG interview in a month. The AI knew what I'd already covered, what I needed to brush up on. Passed on the first try.

I switch models per task — Claude, GPT, a local one for drafts. Files stay on my Mac, no provider lock-in.

Questions

Frequently asked

Is this for developers?
No. The bot walks you through the install — it asks about your work, people, tools, habits, and builds the workspace around you. We hop on a short call to help and catch anything that goes wrong. After setup you only talk to it on Telegram. No CLI, no code. If you can install Zoom, you can handle this.
Why bother if I already have ChatGPT?
ChatGPT is a chat in its own window. It doesn't know who Alex is, what's in your Salesforce, or which contract is sitting as a draft. Here you get an AI with memory of you and access to your tools. It doesn't answer questions — it closes tasks.
Who sets it up and how?
Setup is semi-automatic. You install a free app, then the bot walks you through it — asks about your work, people, tools, habits, and builds the workspace around you. We hop on a short call (30-60 minutes) to back you up on questions and help connect integrations. $100 one-time, then we're not in your bill anymore.
How does it connect to my tools?
During setup the bot suggests what to connect — Salesforce, Gmail, Drive, Calendar, Notion, Jira. Log in once and it works. We're on standby if there's any access hiccup. After that the AI reaches in itself, reads the context, takes the actions. No manual config.
What's the total cost?
Two parts. Our service: $100 one-time for setup and configuration. Model usage: $0 to ~$20/mo for most people, either a subscription (Claude Pro ≈$20) or pay-as-you-go (from $10). You pay the provider directly, not us.
What if it breaks?
All files live on your computer as regular documents. If something falls over, the data is still there — you can spin it back up on any Mac in 15 minutes. It's your system, not our cloud service.
What about new features?
We'll send them over. New scenarios and integrations land regularly — we drop them in the Telegram channel with a short how-to for turning them on. Basic updates are free; advanced scenarios cost a small fee if you want them.
I don't know AI and just want it to work?
That's the whole point. After install you only work in the Telegram chat. No need to learn prompting, configure models, dig into system messages. The bot walks you through setup and explains what it can do — just ask.
